Always the skeptical one, I suspect clockwork mechanics or other reasons as to why it’s not documented in a controlled environment and from all angles. It IS neat to contemplate though, if it were a reality, which I doubt. In completely unrelated news, I will be on Pogo playing some Texas Hold ‘Em as misanthrobotic for a bit if anyone’s game! To bad there is no date stamp or time elapse to see if it is just stop motion - also wires are very hard to see on camera - do remeber that famous picture of some “spirit” dancing around a car in a junk yard caught on security camera? On one of the discovery type channels they showed how easy it was to fake with wires & even knowing they were there you could not see them.
Like you - I would love to believe but there is just something inside me that always finds an explanation - I have even spent the night in a house that everybody else said they had experienced something - zilp zilch etc - I was even the last one up into the wee hours of the morning.

Someone contacted me on MySpace and said that they had encountered something similar, and ultimately had to dismember the doll to stop it. Would so love to witness this in person, or read data/see footage from a controlled experiment.
On the Haunted House thing, did anyone else see anything? I always wonder about groupthink when it’s more than one person. Did you use Ouija boards, pendulums or anything to initiate contact?

No on all the above (regarding the house). What happened is that some friend of daniel’s had owned a house kinda out in the country near San Antonio & daniel said once he was there and it was real quiet and everyone else was passed out and he felt someone messing with the back of his neck or something.
Then his friend said that he and several others had heard laughter when everyone else was asleep or had something mess with them physically (like choking or once even a punch in the stomach). These usually happened when people were alone. Like I said the ONE time I was there I was up alone listening to art bell & nothing at all.
As far as the ouji boards or pendulums I don’t think they did - or if they did it was after various people kept saying stuff like that.
