Is it really blasphemy if you do not share the beliefs as those you are blaspheming? Everyone has their own unique beliefs and they each think that they’re right. Don’t look so smug, you do too! ;)
Just the same, people are in a tizzy over short videos uploaded to YouTube as a part of the Blasphemy Challenge, where the first 1,001 people who load videos to this effect on YouTube get free copies of the DVD, The God Who Wasn’t There.
This is a damned good and highly informative movie and an excellent publicity stunt on their part, so well done! Unfortunately, those posting videos are probably more motivated by free stuff than anything thought-provoking. I do recommend renting the movie, and plan to eventually buy it.
